Installation
It is the responsibility of the end user (or their appointed representative) to complete the installation of our products.
All products must be suitably protected from water ingress. Failure to do so will void the warranty (see below).
Bright Light Customs accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the installation of our products.
Warranty
We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all of our products within the UK.
Occasionally components within the products will fail. In most cases these can be individually replaced and the product reconditioned. If you have any issues with any of our products please get in touch to discuss.
Any damage or failure caused by the improper installation of the product, including water damage, is not covered by the warranty. Repair/replacement can be arranged but there may be a charge.
UK Customers
Our products are not type approved or E-marked. It is the responsibility of the driver of a vehicle to ensure that their vehicle meets all UK legal requirements. Bright Light Customs accept no responsibility for loss or damage under any circumstances.
International Customers
It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure the products and their vehicle(s) meet all local and national rules and regulations within their country. Bright Light Customs accept no responsibility for loss or damage under any circumstances.
